tpe elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent processing properties, does not require vulcanization, can be recycled and reduce costs. tpe elastomer blow molding process is as follows:
Extrusion blow molding process: Extrusion blow molding process is to extrude the tubular billet from the extruder, clamp into the blow molding mold, and then heat 0.20~0.69MPa compressed air, the billet into the blow molding mold airway, so that the tubular billet expansion into the shape of the cavity. After cooling and demoulding under the condition of pressure holding, the product is obtained.
Injection blow molding process: injection blow molding process is the melting of the injection molding machine. The plastic forms a tubular shape. After opening the mold, the tube blank is left on the core lock, the blow mold is thermally closed, and 0.2~0.7MPa compressed air is passed into the air channel set on the core lock, and the mold blank is filled into the mold. Then, under the condition of maintaining pressure, the shape of the cavity is cooled and released to obtain the product.
Multi-layer blow molding process: Multi-layer blow molding is a process developed on the basis of injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding. However, the single layer on the product wall becomes multiple layers.
Stretch blow molding process: The stretch blow molding process includes the directional stretch blow molding of injection type billet and the directional stretch blow molding of extrusion type billet. The process of directional drawing blow molding is: first, the blank with the bottom is injected, heated to the appropriate drawing temperature, put into the blow mold, with a drawing ratio of 1. Twice. At the same time, the compressed air is passed to expand the axially stretched billet, and the product is obtained by cooling and demoulding.
Large-scale blow molding process: The key technologies of large-scale blow molding process are: high-speed forming of billet, control of wall thickness uniformity and reduction of container deformation. This requires uniform temperature control of the billet, mold design needs to facilitate demoulding.

tpe elastomer: In the process of processing and use, the polymer will be subjected to heat, oxygen, water, light, microorganisms, chemical media and other environmental factors, its chemical composition and structure will undergo a series of changes, physical properties will also deteriorate accordingly, such as hard, sticky, brittle, discolored, lose strength and so on. These changes and phenomena are called aging.
Microscopic analysis:
tpe elastomers: Polymers that form excited molecules under the action of heat or light. When the energy is high enough, the molecular chain breaks to form a free radical. Free radicals can form a chain reaction inside the polymer, which will continue to lead to degradation or crosslinking. If there is oxygen or ozone in the environment, it will also induce a series of oxidation reactions to form hydroperoxides (ROOH), which further decompose into carbonyl groups. If there are residual catalyst metal ions in the polymer, or metal ions such as copper, iron, manganese, cobalt are brought into the process of processing and use, the oxidative degradation reaction of the polymer will be accelerated.
